The student must be preparing to serve the Lord as a teacher in a Christian school, “shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.” The recipient must be entering his/her junior or senior year and maintain a GPA of 3.0.”
Bruce and Marsha Jackson School of Education scholarship

“The Bruce and Marsha Jackson School of Education scholarship is awarded to an on-campus School of Education major pursuing a teaching license in their major. The student will have demonstrated exemplary conduct and work ethic and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00. Applicants will write an essay describing their passion for teaching, how they plan to share God’s love and message as a Christian teacher, and why they desire this scholarship. This scholarship is open to students entering their junior or senior year in the fall.”
Claron and Ina Stewart Memorial Scholarship

“The Claron and Ina Stewart Scholarship has been designed to benefit in-coming students from public schools who are pursuing a degree in Education. The Student must be an in-coming freshman from a public school, have an ACT score of 21 or above, and be pursuing a degree in education. The student must also maintain a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0. Based on these criteria, an incoming freshman will be awarded the scholarship every year until graduation if he/she meets the requirements.”
Lee Jason Krueger Memorial Scholarship

“Loren and Lila Krueger established this scholarship in memory of their son, Lee, who was a student at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and the University of Wisconsin. His desire was to become a business manager at a Bible College. His wife, Tricia (Buhrow) Krueger, is a graduate of Maranatha. After a battle with cancer which lasted more than four years, Lee went home to be with the Lord on July 7, 1999. This scholarship is awarded to one student enrolled in an education major who is planning to serve the Lord as a Christian school teacher. The student must be entering his or her junior or senior year and have a minimum GPA of 2.75.”
