Arcadia
Arcadia is a small town in Trempealeau County, located northwest of La Crosse. Arcadia is a town of quickly changing demographics, Latine residents making up 3% of the population in 2000, and over one-third today, with over 75% of students in the district identifying as Latine. Every Latine individual does not necessarily speak Spanish, but this is a significant shift that required quick adaptations on the part of the schools.
